Hello, yesterday, I purchased a license, and after that, the installation failed. After this window, nothing and all services do not work.

Did you make any improvements to that?

As the answer above says. Just wait for it.

But your locale is not set, for some odd reason it's set to nothing.
Might be wise to set a decent locale as some applications might make use of that later on.

Type localectl on your prompt in SSH.
Set to your own timezone via the localectl set-timezone command and repeat localectl command to save and check.
Or use the dpkg-reconfigure tzdata command.
