Default DirectAdmin's page is blank after downgrading php v8.1 to php v7.4

This is my case - the causes of this issue is not the name servers being configured incorrectly at both Domain Registrar and DirectAdmin's Control Panel. It may be caused by any of the followings:

a) Bad server - which causes the propagation to take so long - as mentioned all my domains are propagated well within 15 minutes before I posted this issue here.

b) The downgrade of PHP to older version before domains are propagated properly - this is not the case with older version of DirectAdmin
(In my opinion, the best practice is wait for domains to be propagated properly before any downgrade or upgrade of PHP version)

Edit: c) Issue with the ISP Internet's cache - two of my domains took 48 hours to propagate; but after 24 hours, I checked them with both Namecheap and Internetsb.net, they could see default DA default pages of these two domains.
