If I have everything straight in my head, DA listens with its own server on 2222 and server.domain.com:2222 will send you to the DA interface which is served by way of the DA certificate that one can configure.

The default DA links for RoundCube and PhpMyAdmin also point to server.domain.com but on standard ports, so I assume is served by the WWW server. How does one go about configuring the TLS certs for this virtual host? Do I need to delete the default server.domain.com zone and add it as a domain instead? TLS every where else is working fine, I'm only now just looking at mail and DB web sites.

Nevermind, I clued in afterward that the typical use case for the hosted domain example.com that they would likely login to example.com:2222 and the links from there are as expected, served with the correct certificate.
