Deleting file but the Disk Space has no Changes

Hello all,
I Have reach my Disk space limits and I try to remove files within 1 sub.domain.com where I had 30mb files.

I delete it but the disk space is Still Same not changed.
I also have removed Backups from server.

I can see Log Files with same name of deleted diresctories. Just have No Idea what to do.

ahh yes the subdomain has been removed and when I enter the Address it Shows up Apache First page with messge "Hey, it worked !
The SSL/TLS-aware Apache webserver was
successfully installed on this website." I removed and its still there.

Can anyone help me?

The disk space is tally is done once a day, so you would have to wait at least overnight before the new totals show up.

Is there a way to run the nightly tally now?
