Suddenly I am not able to log in My Direct admin cpanel trough my admin credential. I have few websites hosted through this cpanel and all of them are down now with 403 forbidden error. I tried to email customer service but not response yet. There is no option to reset password or anything. Can someone suggest what should i do?

There is no Directadin cpanel, it's just Directadmin. Cpanel is another brand panel. ;)

There is no option to reset password or anything.
Yes, but it works another way. Since you are admin you should have SSH access to your vps or server.
Login as root via SSH, then first check if your ip is not blocked in the firewall in /etc/csf/csf.deny and the /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist file (if exist).

If not, then you can change your admin password via the passwd command like this (you have to be root):
passwd admin
the system will ask you for the new password twice.

That is a bad sign. It could be apache is down, it could also be worse as this is not normal.

Hi Richard, Thanks for response, I mean i have shared hosting with bono host and they cpanel i was able to access through Directadmin. Since this morning with my log in details i am not able to log in in Direct admin panel. I do not have SSH access/ never access my server through that. Is there possibility someone hack the account?? How do i recover?

Then you should contact them for support. This forum is intended for Directadmin license holders only, so admins. And admins have SSH access.
Resellers sometimes too, but in this case, without SSH access you're screwed.

You have to contact your host so they can fix it for you via SSH.
It is possible that an account (or more) is hacked, but that is just guessing. Mostly recovering is done by restoring backups, but again, you need to have access to the panel for that, and since you're on shared hosting it's end of story, only the admin can recover your account.
Which is why you have to contact your host, sorry.
