DirectAdmin 1.673

I'm sure I'm missing something, but where exactly is this set?
Admin Tools -> Customize Evolution Skin -> Colors, there will be Power Mode Override toggle, it enables using custom theme colors.

This is what I see in the Colors section:

I'm sure I'm missing something... but how do you set the color scheme for admin / reseller / user?

You can change color by clicking on the color button (a color selector will appear), or by entering the desired color code in the input field. Changes in this page are saved by clicking the Save changes button.

Standard / Sidebar / Grid / Refreshed are Evolution layouts. Each layout can have a separate theme color. Changing a color near the layout name will start using this color for that particular layout. In older DA versions the layout could only have one theme color. Now you can have two colors - one for user access level and the second one is for power-user (admin or reseller) access level.

The screenshot in the docs shows how it looks on the Icons Grid layout by using the default #0A6DAA color for users and #A90A0A for power-users.

OK. I think I understand now.

I guess I was looking for something to set a custom color schemes for user, reseller, and admin user levels. But admin and reseller user levels are grouped into a "power" user level.

I was trying to make the column under "Power Mode Override" as defining different color schemes for the 3 user levels. But it's actually defining the color scheme for admin/resellers for each respective layout.

A hot-fix update is released that bumps default exim version from 4.98 to 4.98.1. This is exim security release for CVE-2025-26794.

This issue does NOT affect standard DirectAdmin installations because sqlite is not being used. However vulnerability details were not disclosed until the full release so we prepared the update for it just in case it would be something more severe.

This version breaks SpamExperts plugin (the latest version 4.0.1726059124), with error: DirectAdmin Version is not proper

An update to this DA version is released to bump the default PHP versions to:
  • PHP 8.1.32
  • PHP 8.2.28
  • PHP 8.3.19
  • PHP 8.4.5
These PHP versions got the security fixes for CVE-2025-1217, CVE-2025-1219, CVE-2025-1734, CVE-2025-1736, CVE-2025-1861.
