Look like some issued with boot extra the IPs from IPManager.

nginx error log:

failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)

But somehow wait around 5-10 minute, it come back again.


###maybe only one my server have some boot issued with ipv6, ignore this reply, other server working normally with extra ipv4.

I noticed that the CMD_EMAIL_POP (which I already replaced with cmd_api_pop as it was a dated script) can return a mail usage that's way higher than the users quota. Like 50% more. The controlpanel obviously shows the correct number.

This was an old script but I thought I'd mention it.
