DirectAdmin damage mysql dumps in backup

I got problem:
All dumps in backups have string in line 1:
Warning: The option '--all' is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. Please use --create-options instead.

How to fix it?

MySQL version? And what backup is it: system, admin, reseller, end-user?

Are you running and old version of DirectAdmin? This was fixed in version 1.36 http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=1066
