DirectAdmin Stuck at login screen

I recently purchased an unmanaged VPS. I installed DirectAdmin and everything shows that it installed correctly.

When I go to the DA login screen via http://my.ip:2222 the login screen loads. I put in my login info that was created during installation and confirmed being the correct info. When hitting the login button it displays a small loading dial that continues no matter how long I wait.

I can also put in a fake user name and password and it would also do the same.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on fixing this?

Greetings, for anyone to help they will require more information.

What distribution was installed?

Did all updates before installing DirectAdmin?

Were there any errors during the install?

Is there enough disk space? We've had issues where you can't get past the login screen when the disk is full.

DirectAdmin v.1.641
AlmaLinux-8-x86_64
Shown no updates needed.
I just ordered VPS service last night and installed Direct Admin this morning so I would think there should be plenty of space left on a 75G plan. Shows only 2.12% of SSD used.
Install shows no error or issues

for your issued, Suggestion see log output with Directadmin Debug Mode while trying to login panel.

once I open the login page without any input in the admin or password fields this is what shows up

When putting in my username and password it shows nothing extra than what's posted above.
Also I'm running Debian 11 now instead of AlmaLinux
