How to enable special characters for logins in DirectAdmin or do you have any solution to resolve this issue?
When someone orders a hosting package, the hosting account is not created automatically, and this error message appears

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 50 - Error: The username is invalid. Usernames must start with a-z, contain >= 3 characters and <= 16.

I think special characters should only appear in the password part.
Username should not have it.
There are a few issues in the notice. One is to accept only characters from a to z and numbers. Second, there are no special characters. Third, the length must be more than 3 characters and less than 16 characters.
