I would like to disable localhost exim that I can send via command line any messages without auth.
I guess I have a sort of "spammer" and to solve the first problem I want to disable anonymous smtp for localhost.
Then enable only one account to send from this localhost.
Exim config is kind of complicated for me, I dont want to messed up, better ask before
