Need some tech help here please, I want to disable resellers from uploading skins, they are currently all on the evolution theme.
Im not sure if all_pre.sh can do this, I know I can disable CMD_SKINS, but that disables the whole page/all skin features, I just want to prevent them from uploading new skins.
How can I do this? I looked all over, even found this thread but had no replies:
