Disable system info|reseller&user level?

Hi all, just wonder if we can disable the system's info for reseller & user Level? Thanks.

Its one of the options when you create the package the user or reseller is going to be assigned. When you created a package you had to read through the list of checkboxes and decided whether to allow each one or not. System Info is one of them. To do it for an existing user you have to Modify the user and you see the same list of checkboxes.
