Disk Cuota Exceded at first time upload??

Hi!!

I have a big problem: My disk cuota is exceded, i upload a wordpress folder and then i deleted, but I still having disk cuota exceded, my total disk space is 300MB, please help me!!

This is the message when i want to create a subdomain for example:

It may take up to 24 hours for disk quotas to be reset. Unless you own your own server you should contact your hosting company for help with this issue.
