Disk space used not updating

Hi ,
I have created reseller account .The Disk Space used by reseller is not updating even after deleting large file?
 
Hello,

It's updated nightly. You might force and update disk usage in directadmin.

Step 1 – Login into DirectAdmin as an user.
Step 2 – Click Site Summary / Statistics / Logs.
Step 3 – Click Update under Setting
 
The step you provided is for user but I want to update reseller account Disk uses?
 
it's so odd, having the reseller space used updating only once per day s:
and if the reseller needs an updated info, it need the admin to manually intervene.
 
The Disk Space used by reseller is not updating even after deleting large file?
Did you empty the trash?

Also a deleted file is not deleted inmediatly if it is really big. You can check it with a lsof command.
Like this:

Also sometimes the datataskq has not run yet.
