Hi all,
I was made aware of an issue on a server I sometimes manage for a friend.
They've been getting some complaints about email not being delivered and when he checks the key in DA it's different than the one they've added to their DNS server after creating the domain.
They're migrating domains to another registrar/dns provider and during checks none of the DKIM keys are matching for the domains.
I cannot think of any reason DA will reset this key for all domains on this server. Their process is: Create domain/user, create the DNS zone and records at their DNS provider. Check the DKIM key and register it the same at the provider. Then register the domain. And run some checks after everything is live.
So it was the same at creation.
The only thing I can imagine (albeit a bit crude) is that I did a custombuild rewrite_confs a few months ago to fix some issues.
But to my knowledge this does not touch your DKIM keys.
