Dns management - cname status

Oh well i have problems with one redirection of my cname, and i did it the cname just 4 days ago, so... 72 hrs and still nothing, iono whats the status of this. How i can talk with a admin of support? Private?

Oh sorry i forgot, i create my web mobile on duda.mobile.com
And i should do my CNAME RECORD WITH THIS

Nombre de host / Alias: m
Valor / Destino: mobile.dudamobile.com

The problem is i create it but still nothing appear on the screen of my cellphone and the support of dudamobile said:

"So it looks like the redirect script was inserted correctly, but right now it's showing that the CNAME is not set up yet or it hasn't been changed on the DNS servers yet. It usually doesn't take longer than 72 hours, so I would go and check with your hosting provider to see if the changes were saved, or ask their tech support to see what the status is on this. Did you want to set up a screen share with one of our tech support specialists to make sure the values were inserted correctly on your hosting provider? But, from what I see in the image you attached, your DNS settings were entered correctly" So i asking to here somebody can tell what its the status of my CNAME cuz just passed more of 72 hrs and i insert the scrips and the codes on the dns management but nothing yet

What is the domain name and what is the CNAME that you are trying to create?

Please provide a screenshot of the DNS configuration... You probably forgot to include a dot [.] at the end of the CNAME hostname.

It's a common mistake.

Well i want one "www.m.mydomain.com" cuz on the duda.mobile i get one URL so long so this ppl say u need create one CNAME on ur Host and i did it.. I guees... well i insert the pic just here

You need to delete the current CNAME record and re-create it with this as the hostname destination/value:

mobile.dudamobile.com.

Please remember to include the dot . at the end of the hostname!!

i just i did it, i insert the dot on the end mobile.dudamobile.com. and now i should wait others 72 hrs? and whats happen if dont work or is sure that this work with the dot

yeah! this finally Work it! Hahahahaha i missed like 8 days waiting and talking with pop about this and you have fue solution just with a simple dot on the end xD! Ty men!! =] now i should close the topic? ir keep it for other guy with the same problem, thank you again!
