DNS problem?

Hi,

I have an reseller account(with directadmin) and was assigned the domain of XXX.tld

But recently, I've changed my nameserver of my domain to another server which uses cpanel. But whenever i login with through ftp with the domain of www.XXX.tld it redirects me to the old account which uses directadmin. On the other hand, when using XXX.tld through ftp, it directs me to the new account with cpanel.

I wonder what is the problem behind. So i deleted all my files in my directadmin acount but i couldnt. There's a folder named 'domains' which i couldnt delete and this is the folder that i gain access to when i login using www.XXX.tld . Why is this so?

I've checked my nameserver and it pointed to my new account, new server and nothing else.

So, why am i able to login to the old account(with directadmin) since i have already unparked my domain there?

Since you didn't give us your domain it's impossible to do anything but guess.

I don't like to guess, but if I have to, I'd say that your DNS records for your domain with and without the www subdomain are different.
