I don't see any major problems.

The two yellow warnings are because you have both your nameservers on either the same machine or the same network. The only way to eliminate the warning is to get a slave DNS server or account, and use it for your second nameserver.

The single red warning is because intoDNS couldn't find an A record for www. However, it resolves, so you must have fixed it.

When I looked at it earlier there was no red warning. That is new.
