DNS server reported as caching

I have just tested my DNS with dnsreport, and it reports that my DNS servers are open, and running as caching nameservers.

How do I remove/disable caching?

OS is CentOS 4.1, DirectAdmin 1.26.3 running multi server on 3 machines.

Is it as simple as adding
"allow-query { 192.168.196.0/24; localhost; }; " to the options section of named.conf for each server, or is it more complex than this?
