domain issue

hi there wondering if some one can help me have had da installed for about 1 week now and i keep getting a problem the domains on the sysem only work when they want might get a couple of mins use out of the then they go off line then after a lil while they will work again has anyone had this issue or does anyone no how to solve this issue
