domain name server problem

my server was installed by 3rd party. now i would like to make it my own domain name server address. eg. ns1.myname.com & ns2.myname.com

the 1st thing that i do is register the ns from my domain control panel with the ip address

after that i change the Administrator Settings - NS1 & NS2 to ns1.myname.com & ns2.myname.com.

my hosted domain dns point to ns1.myname.com & ns2.myname.com
those domain work with no problem.

but when i trying to check ping ns1.myname.com. it show"ping request could not find host ns1.myname.com. please check the name and try again"

may i know how to solve this problem ?
 
myname.com appears to point to a CPanel server.

ns1.myname.com and ns2.myname.com are not registered in the root nameservers.

I have no trouble pinging ns7.myexhost.com.

Please do not waste our time with incorrect examples; it just means we try diagnostic tests on the wrong domain.
