Domain Not Resolving

[Stormbox]

It been more than 24 hours my domain are not resolving to the server.

[root@ns3 local]# dig +short stormbox.info ns
ns3.stormbox.info.
ns4.stormbox.info.
[root@ns3 local]# dig +short stormbox.info
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
[root@ns3 local]#

To add on
DNS Server provided by the provider
202.73.37.10
202.73.37.3

we have check and all the settings are pointing correctly and ports are open, but simply the all the domain not able to resolve to the machine.

Please advised

I have got my problem fix. found out it is named configuration error.
