Domain setup problem

I setup a domain in the DA panel and confirmed that it was okay. When I did an nslookup to make sure that the domain was configured properly on the server, the domain's SOA said that it was non authorative and had a record of the domain's SOA from the registrar where at the moment it resides pending reassignment to the server's IPs. Thus I conclufe that the domain is not setup at all eventhough it shows DNS in DA etc. Can you recommend a solution to this problem?

Secondly, how many user accounts can you place in DA on a particular server?

If the admin account has allowed overselling, you can have unlimited accounts. If overselling is not allowed, then the resellers will not be able to add more than their allotted maximimums for bandwidth and web space. In this case, smaller allotments will allow many many accounts, and larger allotments would cut down on the number of possible accounts.
