Domains not resolving.

I am pretty sure that I have everything correctly setup, but any of the hosted domains aren't resolving. Thanks for any help in advance.

The situation is this, we currently switched servers, and our new server has a DirectAdmin setup with only one shared IP. So I figured we would register our nameservers on top of the provider's nameservers using the 'virtual' nameserver option in name servers config in Reseller panel. I did this for domain 'whahay.net' using ns1.whahay.net and ns2.whahay.net
After this we registered ns1.whahay.net & ns2.whahay.net for the same IPs as our provider's nameservers that we were provided with.

As far as I know everything should be fine, but none of the domains can't be resolved. I have no idea what could be wrong.
I tried to do a DNS traversal:
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/traversal.ch?domain=whahay.net&type=A

It says this:
ns1.whahay.net [216.39.90.4]
ns2.whahay.net [216.39.90.5]
The IPs are correct, and when I ping them from command line they responds too, but the DNS traversal page says "Timeout" for response.

Have I done something wrong, or is the problem somewhere else?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

EDIT. DNS Report gives this: http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=whahay.net

If you're using your provider's nameservers instead of your own, then you or your provider have to come up with a method of getting the DNS records from your server to your provider's server.

It's not done by magic.

Ask for your provider's support department.

Oh sorry, forgot to mention that part is already done (or at least supposedly).
I contacted support in the first place, and they told they had done the necessary means and told me to add the nameservers via DirectAdmin, which I did.
I wanted to try to fix this myself first, but I guess I'll post another support ticket then.

If they've installed some kind of solution, then they're the only ones who are going to be able troubleshoot it.

I opened another ticket and I'm waiting for them to look into it.
Thanks for your advice.
