Thank you, I was check my firewall, but no 94.130.90.175 ip was blocked, that mean.. they blocked my server?ping it, maybe IP blocked by firewall
Thank you, I find the problem now, It was blocked by csf, but I added to white list.ping it, maybe IP blocked by firewall
Yes I am as "waytotheweb" is the original company from CSF so the creators of csf/lfd. You can also read on their webpage that they stopped but also that they released CSF on their github, you can trust that one.@rowebca this project is fresh. Are you using it?
@rowebca this project is fresh. Are you using it? I don't know what should I do. Wait, when more administrators will have some experiences about this fork?
I meant updates are just for "cosmetics" not the real use of firewall, so you disabled this. But anyway you can change the program how you want, because you have the source (it was release under GPL-3 license). So in future I have to manually update? GUI in DA will still work?
Yes, but you have to install it manually, and from custombuild setup the version to 15.00 for CSF to disable updates from Directadmin.Currently in my production server I have csf v14.22 and I don't know what should to do. I like CSF because many configuration I can be able to set in DirectAdmin GUI dashboard.
So if I migrate to v15 I still can be able use CSF like before?
No that is not possible anymore. Waytotheweb stopped per august 31th so download.configserver.com is down and won't be up again.Instead, you may want to try installing CSF directly from the official ConfigServer source — grab csf. tgz from download. configserver. com,
Yes on your current server. Be aware it won't work on RHEL10 releases and also some new Debian or derative but not sure if it's 24.04 or a newer version where it will not work on anymore. So if I migrate to v15 I still can be able use CSF like before?
Correct, either upgrade or just disable automatic update in csf.conf and restart csf and lfd and you can keep using it on Alma 9. CSF won't stop working.and everything will works like before?
