E-mail quota exceeded. Possible to get e-mails back?

Hi all,

A customer called me today saying he received a message that the mailbox was full when he mailed my webshop. I exceeded my own e-mail quota setting.

I added some MB's on the quota now and the problem is solved.

Is it possible to get the e-mails back customers sent me during the time I exceeded my e-mail quota.

Thanks in advance! I really hope that is possible.
 
As far as i know no, once the sender received the bounce-back email about the full quota, that email cannot reach anymore your email account.

But i should be wrong.

Depending on settings of your retry section in /etc/exim.cnf you still got chances to get emails, as they might be waiting in exim queue on your server. Check the mail queue in directadmin at admin level.
