Hi guys. I just had a quick question regarding E-Mail Rate Limiting. I know this would help in the case a mail account becomes compromised, but does this also include PHP scripts that send out mail? Like if a malicious script somehow made its way onto the server and started shooting spam out, would the E-Mail Rate Limiting apply to those emails as well?

Hello
Email rate limit applies to users. So if you set for example 100 emails per day for a username, that user will only be able to send 100 emails via webmail and php scripts.
If also you've spam problems, you may want to use Spamblocker feature.
