Some of my users are complaining that we have no single level item recovery possibility.
I know it's possible somehow, but not sure what options are available. Can somebody assist:
- Is it possible to restore a single item? So an e-mail for example? Can somebody explain how to do this? Currently I a making reseller level back-ups from all user accounts.
- Is it possible to restore complete user account to a - temp - user (or automate this proces) and have users log into this webmail and recover his e-mail?
- Are there any options to let users restore there own mail back-ups (or single items)?
Also my mail limits are unlimited now, which is becoming a problem because I have users with several GB's of e-mail. Would it be possible to archive e-mail older than > days and move it to another user account? That way I can set a hard limit for new users and ask the users which have large mailboxes to access there archive mailboxes on my other server (with sata storage).
Thanks for your help in advance.
