E-mail User Change Password Error

Hey all,

I'm just learning and trying to get started, and I'm not sure if this is something through DA or through my web/email host.

I can create email accounts perfectly fine, but when I issue a temporary password to anyone, they are unable to change it on their end. When they attempt to change the password, the following error pops up:

Code:
Could not save new password. Connection error. Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

I'm not sure why this is happening. I was able to do it with my own attempt, but after setting up the SSL provided through the host it seems we are no longer able to change the password.

Anyone have any ideas? Or if I'm in the wrong place, please let me know.

Hello,

Probably your password is too weak. Check directadmin logs for more details.
