Hi, I have been having trouble receiving messages for a while.
When some customers send me an e-mail, it appears in my inbox, e.g. at 3:00 PM (physically) and it is shown that I received it at e.g. 10:00 AM. (as if he went back in time
)
This is not the case from all customers. What could be the reason for this?
I include CustomBuild 2.0 settings.
