On my Windows 11 machine running Outlook as part of MS365 I just sent myself an email from my gmail account and opened it with Outlook:

Envelope-to: [email protected]
Delivery-date: Sun, 06 Mar 2022 18:34:10 -0500
Received: from mail-wr1-f44.google.com ([209.85.221.44])
by server.webhostconnect.com with esmtps (TLS1.3) tls TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384

I then sent it back to my GMail account using Outlook and opened the message in GMail.

by mx.google.com with ESMTPS id g1-20020a170902868100b0015151ed2e95si10262928plo.274.2022.03.06.15.47.08
for <[email protected]>
