email all in the queue list. not sending to user inbox

1 of my server have the incoming mail problem.

can send out, cant received.

when i check from mail queue. all list at there.

may i know who to solve this problem.

Check your /var/log/exim/mainlog file.

Second; check your permissions for user mail directory.
