email forwading problem

im sitting with a problem i have a email address [email protected] now that address must be forwarded to [email protected] but i get the following bounce back from a mail delivery system

message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
(generated from [email protected])
Unrouteable address
any help

For some reason your server isn't finding any IP# for the mx server for mxc01.mxrc.co.za, or for mxc02.mxrc.co.za (the two mx servers for amap.co.za).

Perhaps DNS isn't working properly?

The best way to trace this would be to log into the server through a shell account and do some manual troubleshooting, seeing if you can find the server's by either name or IP#.

Thanx Jeff i've set up mail spooling for the sansui account and pointed the mx records to the mail server of amap it seems to working fine
