I am hoping we can find a solution to help my customer out.
He has a site that you can buy and sell things on. When a person places an ad, an email is sent. Problem is many of the users are not getting the message.
Here is a snip of the message. Note: Real names have been changed, so read it as pseudo naming...
Is there anything we can do with the header information to help the messages get through or at least not delivered to a junk folder?
