Email Login Problem with Mail Clients

Hello Community,

I can log in to webmail of my emails, but when I configure IMAP and SMTP with Mozilla Thunderbird or any other email clients, I am unable to login to the email account.

I have tried multiple IMAP/SMTP ports, and all ports are open (995, 143, 465, 25 and 587).

I don't think this IP address is blocked as with the same IP Address I can log in to webmail.

I even tried:

./build update
./build dovecot_conf
./build exim_conf
./build roundcube
./build rewrite_confs

Any help?
 
For Support here better also post your:
OS, versions of all that software and log files content?

Can't help but this is important.
Look at errors and error messages at both side and post here.

( TLS version and used cyphers ( settings) and so on.

You can also create new test emailadres then on other computer test it with newer and updated OS and latest thunderbird on that computer.
Also sometimes internet providers blocks some or routers. ( there you can test another provider / connection) and try even a VPN connection

Edit: there even could be e firewall at your hoster before your DA box sometimes you have to configure that to.
