Email not being scanned problem

Dear DirectAdmin administrators, developers experts and even those associated with software such as spamassassin and exim, dovecot. Please help me with the issues that I have been encountering with e-mails not being scanned. Scanning works, but time to time exceptions happen.

The story begins at 13th of February 2014 11:15.28 +0200

My boss received in this inbox this e-mail: http://pastebin.com/r3r7BfiR went through a lot to figure it out, well hadn't had any of the same issues after I added into his domain filter this what I found there in this post: http://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=26264&p=131816#post131816

But after that this happened, changed exim spam_directory settings to scan e-mails even local ones.
Then I had encounter with this email, which was skipped as well: http://pastebin.com/nPPfY8vR

And on 14ht of February maileris.lt hit again: http://pastebin.com/QgMQNgdT

Then I commented out in spam_directory under exim.conf the e-mail size check
On 19th of February maileris.lt hits again

No idea, how to stop it.

My reading of your post ends here because I look at your link, and this email was scanned, and found to be spam by SpamAssassin.

So I'm not sure what you mean when you write that the email is not being scanned.

Sorry for such a long reply, didn't received notification to e-mail, need to turn it on. Well by that I mean spamassassin. Well sorry if I didn't mention it before. I will fix my primary post. Thank you in advance.

Sorry wrong answer. Well that one was scanned, but was skipped, look at the score. The other ones weren't scanned.
