Email not sending out to China

Hi,

One of my server located in theplanet.com was not able to send email to majority China Network including Yahoo! China. I have another server located else where is no problem send email to China

How do I troubleshoot?

check their IP address against black lists for china... I am sure they are out there somewhere, but i have not had to use them.

If i am not mistaken China has their own "special" things they do to internet traffic, etc... so they are a little more restrictive.

I would loook at the possible banned IP address or something similar.
