I am really sorry for being such a pain, but I have one more question.....

I have a customer who doesn't want his website any longer, but wants to keep the email. Is there a way to set this in direct admin or do I just delete website content or make the site point to nowhere?

You can just delete the website files (backup it first or move it somewhere outside the public_html) and add a index.html with an noindex robots meta tag.

you can place a redirect from the website directly to the webmail

https://example.com - > https://example.com/roundcube

so when he enters the "website" , it will redirect him to his webmail login.

Yep, good idea. And remove the website still if he doesn't need it anymore, as it also counts for disk space, so the less website, the more e-mail space.

Thanks everybody the customer chose the webmail option, so that is what I did. I am really loving this forum.
