Email piping issue - error doesn't help

Hi,

I am using Trellis Desk for my helpdesk, and I've installed PEAR/MimeDecode and set it up for piping, but now it is failing.

The error message doesn't give a hint.

Here's the bounce email:

Anybody know whats wrong? Trellis recieves NEW emails, but not replies. The errors come even if it is successful.
