Email quotas are different from system space

Hi!
I don't know why, but dovecot get higher quotas than real space is used

doveadm quota get -u user@domain
Quota name Type Value Limit %
STORAGE 2463142 - 0
MESSAGE 21835 - 0

du -s /home/user/imap/domain/user/
1394640 /home/user/imap/domain/user/

And now if I set quota 1500000 then emails will be rejected because: Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full).

Total users quotas are right calculated.
Any idea?

But I think Directadmin should show quota like dovecot - not a real disk used?

It must also set pop_disk_usage_dovecot_quota 1
