So the emails I am sending from the Roundcube are actually going to the destination. The issue comes when someone is sending an email to the email. They receive an error message saying
The response was:
550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.

What might be the issue?

If the above answer does not help, chec your Exim logfiles. If you're not an admin, then ask your hoster for support, this forum is only for support to Directadmin license holders, so admins, not hosting customers.

How do I contact directadmin licence holder?

DirectAdmin gives information about used license: Support & Help -> Licensing.

Then search in internet for contacts of a company specified in the field "Name".

I don't have the administrator access, Also from my support & Help seems I don't have licensing. 1745409208793.png

Would you be able to help me identify the hosting company? I hope this isn't too much trouble—I’m just maintaining a website that was created some time ago.

What is an address of DirectAdmin?

The IP belongs to "Render" from San Francisco, USA

Opened ports:

Is it a free-hosting?

Nameservers belong to webhostkenya.co.ke. Can it be your hosting company?

That's probably the IP for your POP/IMAP/SMTP as well
