Email stopped working

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my e-mail, it was working fine but it's been a week that I get this error and cannot login.
I'm using freehosting service. The same happens with outlook, I get an error 0x800CCC0E when I try to sync folders.... any help? Thanks in advance

If you're a hosting company customer and you don't have a root-level SSH access to a server, then you can not fix the issue. The only help can we provide is to give you a piece of advice: contact your hosting company. If they don't respond, or don't fix the issue, then you are welcome to choose another company for your site(s).
