email time stamp is wrong

All of our computers are showing the wrong time stamp for the incoming email. I believe that this would be a server computer, and not all of our local machines. anyways, here is an email message with server timestamps and all. Let me know what you guys think. Im getting frustrated looking for the solution.

Are you the owner of the server? You would use an ssh client to connect to the server.
