Email tracking date range

It seems that the email tracking facility does not let me check emails more than a week previous. Changing the date range to a previous time, even a fortnight earlier, yields no results. Am I missing something or is there a limitation? Example of the search window I am using below for reference.

Thanks for your quick reply, appreciated.

I followed the link and understand that the value 1 is to be changed to 2. I am not very tech savvy on this platform and live at the "user" level. Where do I find the setting to change?

The changes should be done as root in SSH. If you don't have a SSH access to the server as a super user (i.e. root), then you can not change the options's value. If you don't rent either a virtual or a dedicated server, then you will need to contact your hosting company.
