Email Under Subdomain

I added a subdomain as a regular domain so I can create a webmail under the subdomain and also setup a SMTP to my website. I was able to Add the subdomain and also create the webmail however, I am getting a 550 error.

Any suggestion and advice? Thank you very much in advance.

I would recommend instead to use the regular domain name and then make an alias for the subdomain. You're not allowed to send from a subdomain if, for example, there's no DNS records refering to the subdomain to send emails, among many other reasons.
 
Thank you very much for the advice I will consider doing that. I was able to do it in my other hosting so wondering if I can do it in directadmin as well.

What would you suggest if I want to send email from my website setup under a Subdomain? I tried to use the SMTP from the Primary domain but did not work.

This one:
  1. Server error 550 or 550 Blocked Error indicates that the recipient is blocking your email on the recipient's email server.
Tried sending from the primary email but seems working. Just the subdomain. Also tried sending it to other email addresses.
 
propability that mails from subdomains ending in antispamsystems are higher
