Emails are going to spam

Hello,

I've domain and two email addresses, if I'm sending an email from an email account to another one it is receiving in the spam box.

Example

Domain example

email-1: [email protected]
email-2 [email protected]
email -3 [email protected]

Scenario 1 I'm sending an email from [email protected] -> [email protected], its receiving into the Spam folder.

Scenario 2 If I'm sending my personal Gmail account it's receiving in my inbox.

Scenario 3 If I'm sending from [email protected] -> [email protected], its receiving into the Inbox folder.

Solutions I've tried.

Added the email account [email protected] SpamAssassin allow list.


I hope I'm missing something. Please help me to solve this issue.

Sorry, too little information, we can't check anything with "example.com" or parts of the log where you can see things are going wrong.
It might be a setting or something somewhere, but you have to investigate that first.

Try visiting mail-tester.com and send a mail to there as shown. See what the results are.
