As far as i can see he does have SPF DKIM and DMARC, everything seems to be normal.

Many users are having those issue with gmail (i had them too) and apparently there is not much to do except contact them.

Just to be sure five this test a try: https://www.mail-tester.com/

Regards

I had make some test and yes, gmail put my server outgoing email as SPAM in their servers. I already have DKIM configured. Some new gmail policy, maybe?

Tested also sending to gmail with webmail account from that server?

Also you can read the email header from that received mail by gmail.
Maybe it helps to post this here. ;)

Are you by any chance also using ipv6 on that server? If yes, I've read something somewhere that this sometimes causes gmail to put the server in the spam. Ik can be solved by making a correct PTR record for the ipv6 ip too if I remember correctly.

I dont have ipv6 in my server. (I disable ipv6)

IP REVDNS
91.185.185.74 s1.salesmiles.pl
91.185.184.121 s1.salesmiles.pl
Thats is correct?

In mail tester i have 9-10 /10 score.

I have exactly the same problem, also with outlook and live mail. No reason for it except i updated the exim conf. It did worked fine a couple weeks ago....

I see this in my dkim now :

DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; q=dns/txt; c=relaxed/relaxed;

Is it normal to have so many options in h: ?

EDIT:

Where do you adjust this item: add in remote_smtp interface = 91.185.185.74
