emails not sending from contact forms

Hi

I have a website say example.com which has a contact form that sends completed form to [email protected]

Now example1.net has their website hosted on same server

Emails from the contact us form aren't being sent, I can see from the logs from the DA control panel they are being sent. Emails for example1.net are not on this server its using a dedicated mail hosting provider.

How do I tell DA to not look locally but to go out to the internet and send the emails.

Login as this user and at MX management uncheck "use this server..."
