Emails not sending or receiving

Hi,

So the title kind of says it all.

No accounts are able to send or receive emails.

Nameservers are pointing to the correct IPs.
MX Servers are as DAs default settings.
Domain is not on any blacklist.
User IP(s) are not blocked on DA.

Can anyone advise?

What version of exim.conf (the CONF not Exim itself) are you using?
What to your logs say?

You have to provide some info, we can't see into a crystal ball. :)
 
I have the same issue on my server (emails are not sending or receiving). I performed yum system updates on Saturday morning and updated several components in DA (dovecot was one of them). I didn't notice until today, that I had not received any emails since that time.

Currently I have CentOS 7.7, Dovecot 2.3.10, Exim 4.93.0.4. I noticed that there is no email in the mail-queue and sending/receiving email to an internal domain user using AfterLogic, I get the following error: "An error occurred during sending the message. (451 Temporary local problem - please try later)"

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?
 
Just as a side note, I was able to get everything working.

I logged in as Admin, went to Extra Features, CustomBuild 2.0, Update Software Configuration, and updated my Dovecot AND Exim configuration files. Immediately sending and receiving started working.

I wanted to pass this along in the event that this may solve your issue.
